Hi Naomi, your speech was the sensation of the evening. I read my speech at the wedding from my heart without crying but I made many guests cry including my son in law. I thought the speech was only emotional for me because I am mother of the bride, but this speech was emotional for all the guests as well. I NAILED IT!!
Can you believe it. I rehearsed it so often as I just wanted to speak straight to the guests without reading. But I forgot to factor in a very important point - my emotions! I was so touched to see my son and his new wife so happy at the wedding. I was given a huge applause at the end and at least 20 people came up to me to congratulate me and let me know how good the speech was.
I was moved and my family were shocked.

Accidentally falling into Naomi's website, I asked if she would be kind enough to have a look through my speech (I'm the father of the groom) with a view to her editing/re-writing. I'm so glad I asked and I'm even more pleased Naomi accepted this wedding speech proposal!
Her wonderful insight into speech-making coupled with the ability to drill down to what the speech was really about, set her edited version quite a distance apart from my own seemingly miserable draft.
Naomi re-worked many wordy paragraphs into just two or three sentences which enabled me to introduce other themes without compromising the limited time I had in actually making the speech. As well, Naomi offered valuable suggestions along the way which greatly enhanced the finished product.
Suffice it to say, the speech made on the day got rave reviews from so many guests - most of whom I had never met before! I checked my ego at the door because I knew that without Naomi's guiding hand this would not have been at all possible.

I wouldn’t be able to create my speech without your help in putting it together and finding the right words. It was incredible that I was able to deliver the speech well, not a hint of nervousness in fact I was entirely relaxed and confident. (Never done a speech before and in front of 100 people!)
I received lovely feedbacks from the guests, they say it was heartfelt, funny, and touching.
