speechguru.com.au is a website that provides customers with a speech writing service for special occasions.
Working with Speech Guru
Customers that wish to receive this speech writing service may do so by scheduling a consultation through the website. Once the consultation is booked, customers will receive an invoice with the required amount to be paid for within 7 days from the date of the consultation. The amount owed will be inclusive of:
- an initial consultation
- a written first draft + 3 revisions
- a completed speech no longer than 5 minutes duration
Payment:
After the consultation, in which Speech Guru will gather all the necessary information in which to write a personalized speech, a written first draft will be composed. This draft will not be released to the client until payment for the service has been made. Upon payment, the first draft will be sent to the client and the revision process may begin.
The client is permitted up to 3 rounds of revisions at no extra charge.
After this, an additional fee will be charged at the hourly rate of $65.
Important things to note:
This service requires collaboration between the client and Speech Guru. Although every effort will be made to ensure we have all of the necessary information in which to write a personalized speech, it is the clients responsibility to provide Speech Guru with the content and quality of this information. By agreeing to use this service, the client understands that the quality of the speech depends on the quality of information they provide.
Cancellations:
If a client wishes to cancel the service and have already had the consultation but the first draft has not yet been written or sent - clients will receive a full refund. If, however, the first draft has been composed and sent to the client, Speech Guru reserves the right to withhold 50% of the total fee.
